Music agency Guesstimate and DJ & producer duo YouNotUs open studio complex
In a rear building in the Berlin district of Wedding, modern studios have been created, generously extending over two floors. The Guesstimate Loftyard Studios offer artists*, songwriters* and producers*, as well as national and international music publishers, labels and all other interested parties from the field of culture and entertainment the opportunity to realise productions and recordings, writing sessions and songwriting camps and to rent the suitable rooms by the day or by the week as desired.
The Creative Hub, which was created in the past three months, comprises seven modernly equipped music studios including a vocal booth and also impresses with large common areas, a studio stage for live sets and streams, a coworking space with several workstations and an inviting kitchen.
The project was initiated by the Berlin music agency Guesstimate and the hit producers and DJs YouNotUs. With the commissioning of the studios, Guesstimate complements its work as a music publisher and record label, as well as radio & club promotion agency and administration partner. They are working together with Tobias Bogdon and Gregor Sahm, known as the multiple gold, platinum and diamond awarded artist duo YouNotUs. After international successes as artists, songwriters and producers with hits like „Narcotic“, „Only Thing We Know“, „Supergirl“ and the current single „Papa“, YouNotUs are now writing a new chapter in their still young career as studio partners.
Gian Köhler, founder and managing partner of Guesstimate comments: „We are very pleased to have created a place together with our friends from YouNotUs that brings together musicians*, authors* and players from many different areas of the music industry. With the studios, we are consistently pursuing our idea of the new 360° model and look forward to many successful recording sessions and writing camps by and with our authors*, artists* and all those who want to use these studios for their creativity“. Tobias Bogdon adds: „From our desire to create new, shared studio space, something has now been created that Gregor and I could never have dreamed of. We also see our commitment as studio operators as a sign against the Corona standstill and would like to invite all artists to overcome this difficult time together“.
The first rooms are already occupied and the first songwriting camps are planned. Interested parties are cordially invited to get a picture of the new Creative Hub and to contact mail@loftyard-studios.de for an appointment.
